I just wanted to say thank you so much for the past few months helping me get back into a proper gym routine where I’ve actually seen noticeable difference week by week. I have been training with Naomi for just over a year now. I am now stronger than I have ever been!!! I came to Naomi a little bit broken after having two kids and severe distasis recti (after two traumatic c-sections) as well as dealing with a grieving heart having lost my lovely mummy. Naomi has completely and utterly turned me around physically and mentally. I have found a true love in dead lifting weights and using weights, fitness & food as a complete and utter therapy. Naomi is a beautiful soul and is so understanding, professional and I love her coaching style. She works me very hard but does it in a way that makes me respond to the challenges she and I set along the way. Recently my target was to deadlift 100kg by Christmas. Well I did THAT a few weeks ago so I’m looking to challenge it! In fact I lifted 102 kg!!!
Smashed it. I never had much body confidence after having kids but last Summer was the first year I thought goddam it you don’t look too bad for a mum of two heading the other side of middle age! She made me realise what my body can in fact do!! Additionally she is very knowledgeable about women and how hormones can literally affect everything. I just love how she wants to gain more knowledge about supporting her clients, working with them and always studying hard so that she can personalise your programme and push you!
It is fair to say that she is literally one of the nicest people & her wise head on young shoulders has got me through some strange times including covid, grief and grappling motherhood. From the bottom of my heart.

When I first came to see you I wasn’t happy with my weight having had two children and returned to a desk job. I was around 10 stone. I didn’t know how I would fit an exercise programme into my busy life juggling children, work and running an Airbnb. None of my clothes fitted comfortably. I struggled to go walks for more than 10-15 mins and spend time on my feet with the children due to painful plantar fasciitis in my heels and a weak knee from a historic ski injury. I honestly didn’t believe I could ever get to my goal weight which I joked as under 9 stone, and today I’m 8st10lb. It’s been incredible trying on my old clothes which now fit comfortably. My clothes from last summer are now baggy and gaping at the waist! 

What is more important though, than the weight loss, is my health and I cannot emphasise how you have helped me feel fit and healthy. I can now exercise and walk without pain. On a physical level, I feel so much stronger and more energised. On a mental level, exercising has helped relieve stress and anxiety. I’m also sleeping better. I feel eternally grateful for for the lifestyle change through your PT sessions and support.

You have been my personal trainer now for three years, with COVID disturbing our training sessions but in that time you have encouraged me to get fitter and stronger.
I promise I will keep up the leg exercise, having got my knees bending again it would be silly to let them deteriorate, so lunges it is.
You are an intelligent, charming person, conscientious and considerate, you have always been understanding when our timetables didn’t quite fit to find me a space in your schedule.
For each session you worked out a programme that was demanding but achievable, you pushed me out of my comfort zone and I have achieved several PBs under your tutelage. In doing so my overall wellbeing has improved and this I owe to you.

I trained with Naomi for 18 months to overcome a hip injury and to help get me back into the gym after lockdown. Naomi created a programme that simultaneously strengthened my muscles to help alleviate my hip injury whilst also ensuring the programme improved my fitness and strength, always ensuring it was challenging but completely achievable. Naomi encouraged me to try new exercises and equipment I’d previously been too nervous to use in the gym and worked tirelessly with me on my technigue and showed me how to set up with safety and confidence.
