What I Offer
My coaching is all about helping you to reach your goals without fad diets and without cutting out foods (carbs are a must!!). I teach you how to fuel your body right and to how to balance your social life and your health and fitness goals.
I help you feel strong in the gym, become confident in the weights section and go into the gym knowing exactly what you’re doing each time. Each session is focused around making the exercise work for you, to make you feel good and push you towards your goals. You’ll see progress week on week and be getting the most out of your sessions every time.
Both types of coaching are focused around healthy habit making, keeping you accountable and making sure you’re working towards the results you want with constant support from me – your own cheerleader!
1-2-1 Coaching
Experience personalised face-to-face sessions, ensuring you get the attention and guidance you deserve.
Track your progress effortlessly with weekly data collection sheets.
Receive a tailor-made workout program that caters to your goals and needs. Each session has an emphasis on correct form, continuous progression, and boosting your confidence in the gym.
Nutrition support and guidance is always included to help you learn how to fuel your body right.
Stay accountable and motivated with constant support through Whatsapp.
Online Coaching
Through weekly video check-ins, we cover important aspects such as sleep, nutrition, stress, exercise analysis, and goal-setting for the week ahead.
Additionally, you will receive a personalised workout program, nutrition support and guidance, and weekly data collection sheets to effectively track your progress.
With constant accountability and Whatsapp support, you can stay on track towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
